Flailing is good for the health. It has to be, because I've a tremendous feeling I'll be doing that every minute this month in anticipation of Oh-Chan's 27th birthday >.<
And I'm in the mood for doing something to share with fellow Riida fangirls out there, just like this one wallpaper I made heheh:
Feel free to download, minna. Will do more wallpapers and hopefully icons as well. All for the love of our adorkable captain ^_^
In the meantime, do visit Ohmiya SK and check out the funny "killing strips" they're uploading this month - that's right, you have been warned: you'll die flailing to heaven and back for the mecha kawaii-ness you will see ^_^

Just watched beautiful, bittersweet Kiiroi Namida.
Loved the story - and I'm not saying this just because I'm an Arashi fan (although seeing them there just made it even more すばらしい ^_^). It's about the hardships of pursuing dreams in the face of reality. It speaks of the irony of man's "freedom," as Ohno's character Kei Shimokawa puts it in the movie, to choose and do what he likes and how he likes it. All in all, Yellow Tears moved me, as I'm sure it did all those who saw it.
Plus, the movie made me even more proud of being an Arashi fan ^.^ Our boys can act, bless them. Especially Nino! I must say the other four played their part well, but Nino BECAME the part and owned it! As for my Oh-chan, his theatrical background was obvious throughout the film ne. It is said that theater actors tend to exaggerate their moves and their facial expressions - and this is what Ohno did ^.^ because his character was kind of a comic relief in the movie. He pulled it off rather nicely. My Ohno deserves a hug *sending a gazillion hugs to Japan*
Although I don't very well understand why he didn't seem to change his clothes throughout the film hahah!

*EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*
After 48 years of focusing on work (and almost dying in the process for not being able to see even an itsy bitsy glimpse of Arashi), I finally am here again basking in the gloriously uber cool ARASHI UNIVERSE!
I'm REVIVED! and I'm already flailing BIG TIME of the things I see T.T -- especially OHMIYA KISSING at the DOME concert waaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
Not to mention our lovely, generous, dynamic duo Alli and Dee creating a community site that's already feeding us flailing fangirls the world over -- they've just successfully moved their entries onto the new site. PLUS they've so generously offered links to download ARASHI TOKYO DOME concert vids yhayyyyy!!! I'm definitely getting my DVD copy of this for sure ^.^
Eight years ago, Johnny's decided to create a group with a mission written across their name to fulfill - to conquer the Japanese entertainment world by storm.
True enough, the group soared to heights only a few Japanese, or even Asian, artists reached. Eight years after, Arashi is an international sensation, gaining a fandom that extends outside Asia, respected both by generations before and after them, and exuding the truest sense of being an idol.
Being all these, yet keeping their feet firmly on the ground. And that's what endears them to their fans even more.
And so to the five colors of the high winds - Ninomiya Kazunari, Sakurai Sho, Aiba Masaki, Matsumoto Jun, and Ohno Satoshi - HAPPY HAPPY 8TH ANNIVERSARY!!! ^.^
Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!
I can't stop smiling =)))))))))))))))
I've just watched the HQ version of Happiness I downloaded thanks to our very good friend Tess ^_^
Really, hontou ni, Arashi should be doing more PVs like this! I love them a million times more!
And Riida - why is he getting more and more kakkoi? Those shades on him are just so.... so.... damn sexy *dies*
Sho's extra sexy here, too XD
And oh - Ohmiya and their CRAZY antics!
This PV is just HEAVENLY! Now if anyone out there knows the lyrics, can post it in kana and romaji along with the translation - ONEGAISHIMASU!!! ^.^
*sniff* *sniff*
Was browsing through PVs and came across Hitomi No Naka No Galaxy for the first time. The PV had a romaji sub. I came to understand a few, and became more intrigued by it.
So I scoured through the web to look for the lyrics... and found this.
And now I'm watching the PV for the third time already, singing along and crying at the same time *blows her nose* T__T
This song became one of my favorites for quite some time now simply because of the melody. But now that I actually understood what it means, I actually love it a thousandfold.
Thanks to no_border and mognet for sharing the lyrics. Thanks also to harukichikamatsu who uploaded this vid on YouTube.
If you know how I can actually download this PV -- onegai ^.^
Hey hey hey! It's Hey!Say!7!!!
Back in college, I became a die-hard fan of SMAP. They're the group that ruled in the late 1990's. At the time, V6 was their junior counterpart. And with good reason - V6 was (and still is) just as talented and as kakkoi as their senpais.
Around the time V6 reached the peak of their popularity, a new group from Johnny's was gaining fame as well - Arashi. And we all know why - they're just the best that ever happened to J-Music! XD
Now, I bet this cycle's gonna happen for the third time. Arashi's got a chibi version!
They've just released their debut single Hey!Say! this month. And they're already becoming a fast favorite - now doesn't that remind us of the chibi Arashi days ^.^
For the record, I still think Arashi's way better ^.^ These kids still have got a long way to go to find their way where our boys are in now. But for all it's worth, I'd really love to see Hey!Say!7 grow and be more successful. Because I just adopted Chinen Yuri (the smallest kid in the group)! He's so adorable! Not to mention he looks up to Oh-chan ^.^
OMG!!! I almost felt like crying. It's Ohno and the beautiful ranchus - it's just adorable as adorable can be.
And Riida couldn't help himself either. He said 'kawaii' too many times in this episode of Mago Mago Arashi. The temptation to play with the fishies was obviously just too much for him - I was actually torn between laughing at his ridiculousness and wanting to kiss him (or at least the PC screen) T.T
The ranchu is a fancy, crossbreed kind of goldfish that originated from Japan. They're what the Japanese call the "king of goldfish" - a fitting title I must say for the kind that sport the most royal shade of golden orange for a kingyo. Oops, geek attack, sorry ^.^
Now I can finally allow myself to sleep ...........................................
Am getting addicted to Arashi's Time Album! Can't wait to finally have my own copy, gosh XD
Right now, though, I can only listen to other's playlists at IMEEM -- poor me T_T
Oh-chan's solo is just SAIKOU!!! God, I can already imagine how Riida will dance this new solo of his! Can I just go to Japan as in R.I.G.H.T N.O.W.?!
This album has got to be the best album they've released to date - and to think that for me all of their albums are the best hahah! We should invent a word that's better than 'best' then, shouldn't we ^.^
Can't help snagging this from tipsytoe's LJ. As much as I couldn't believe Ohno NOT saying "umai" for the first time on TV!
Tonikaku, if you're wondering where this came from, it's the #41 episode of Arashi no Shukudai-kun. AnS downloads abound here - credits to adfirmatiosg.
Let's spread the Arashi RABU RABU ^.^
